I am finally getting up the nerve to try to get organized enough to prepare new breakfast items for our family during the week. It seems especially daunting since breakfast is the time when we are often most hurried, trying to get the kids to school and daycare. One of my favorite things to eat, buckwheat crepes, can be made on the weekend and stored in the refrigerator all week, so that is what I will prepare for Monday morning.
